mommylawyer Posted September 15, 2008 Share Posted September 15, 2008 Check out the Reputation Sticky in How To... here's a link Basically, if someone says something you like (or if you're just feeling generous) you can give someone a reputation point - it adds up on the green boxes on the right hand side of the poster's post. Something like 1 green square for every 100 rep points. To add rep, just click on the scales. There is also a note on the FAQ about giving negative rep to punish someone.
