(Wait, don't answer that...:lol:) GREAT News!!!!! After 20-something offers and trying to buy a house since April, we finally had an offer on a house accepted!!!!!!!!! The house is HUGE and great and more than we could have expected. We were so frustrated last weekend that we put an offer in on another house - sight unseen. My dh came home from work early this afternoon and said we had better go check out the house since we got the house!!!!! It is beautiful! Living on the west coast, we have a 45 day escrow period in which we'll take care of inspections, appraisals and loan finalization. (We are already pre-approved, great credit, have the down payment....so hopefully no trouble.) Please pray that the escrow period goes quickly and smoothly!
