stephanier.1765
Where is the cheapest place to buy Keens, brick and mortar or online, and do they fit true to size? Thanks!
FriedClams
Sierra Trading usually has great prices, and if you follow them on FB they run frequent 40% of coupons.
JFSinIL
If you can try some on at a brick and morter store, then you will know what size/style fits best, and be able to order from Sierra Trading Post accordingly. Got my first pair of Keens at The Walking Store and they salesdude measured and said I was a 7.5 shoe. They were way too tight. I bought size 9!!!!! All my shoes are 9 or 9.5.
trinchick
If you're looking for yourself (as opposed to the kiddos), then my money-saving tip is to consider the kids section. I wear a 7.5 and bought a pair of kids size 6 that fit me fine and were a lot cheaper. I got mine from Amazon for less than $20, which I consider a steal.
ILiveInFlipFlops
I bought my pair, which retail for $110, on Amazon for $58. I had them in my cart when I saw that they'd dropped that low. I actually returned the ones I bought (also on Amazon) for $80 and bought them at the lower price! Oh, and IMO, yes, they fit very true to size, at least for me.
chocolatechip
They run small. I'd buy a half size bigger. For good deals: Look for closeout colors at Keen or REI, sales on Amazon, Zappos, or Sierra Trading Post, or, look on eBay if you don't mind used. I got mine on a closeout color sale at REI.
indigomama
I get them for my kids when Zulily runs their sales. I have seen them there twice this year. Otherwise, Sierra Trading post, but they often have odd color choices and sizes.
stephanier.1765
Wow, you guys weren't kidding about the price difference on Amazon. The pair I want is $40 cheaper than Zappos. Sierra Trading Company unfortunately only had a couple pairs in my size and not in the style I was looking for. :( So I guess Amazon it is. Thanks all! JudoMom
Sizing depends on style, so read the review. 2 of the styles I have run true, 1 runs a 1/2 size different. I also buy from Amazon.
Word Nerd
Mine were true to size, and I got them at Amazon.
bluemongoose
I get them amazon or Nordstrom Rack. I even got a pair once at Costco.
Sneezyone
I always get 'em for the kids from Amazon, usually for $25 or less. There are always really good deals on last season's colors.
purplejackmama
Make sure you try REI at the end if the season for closeouts. We always buy then and stock up for next year. :)
