Slache
Have you looked at the well educated mind? It's the closest thing I can think of.

fluffybunny
You could choose your books from Omnibus booklists, then use Sparknotes for summary, analysis and questions.

yvonne
The high school section of The Well-Trained Mind lays out how to implement a history/literature Great Books study. It isn't as detailed as Omnibus as far as specific assignments for each text, but it's probably the closest thing out there to a secular Omni course. For more specifics on how to read the different genres of books, it suggests referring to The Well-Educated Mind.
3andme
If you're open to a video course, you might take a look at Old Western Culture. It is not secular but might be workable. I have not used this course but apparently it covers similar content to the Omnibus course but with less religious emphasis. Take a look at these two discussion threads for more information. Are there any other online classes similar to self-paced Omnibus? Omnibus vs. Old Western Culture
