katilac
If you do your transcript by subject, how do you indicate planned or in-progress senior classes? I was thinking maybe italicize them (with a note), and of course leave the grade blank. Would that work? Is there a standard way to do it? I really like the subject format; it highlights what we've spent a lot of time on better.
JanetC
I put INP in the course grade section, with a note in the "codes" section of my transcript that INP is a course in progress.
EKS
I did not have this issue, but I did do a transcript by subject. I would put IP in the grade space for in progress classes and P for planned classes. Then have a key that explains the abbreviations.

"P" might look like it was a pass/fail class.

katilac
"P" might look like it was a pass/fail class. I had that same thought - maybe "PL" for planned? But I'm a little worried it will still look like a P for pass at a glance.
elegantlion
I used * * for in process ** for planned, but not yet started (he had a few block scheduled classes the last semester) I put a key on transcript to explain. I did have one class listed as Pass Fail, so I didn't want it to be confusing.
Brenda in MA
I used italics for the course title and put "IP" in the grade column. Brenda
