KungFuPanda Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 My son was posterior on his due date. All my false labor leading up to delivery was back pain. The midwives tried turning him, but he was big and he just wasn't having it. They gave me exercises. I don't remember what they were. Anyway, my son turned on his own during actual labor 5 days later. He was a 9 lb baby and I'm short waisted, so there is definitely hope.
