On line Summer Writing Class or Tutor?

I have a friend who is looking for an on-line writing course or tutor for the summer. Her son will be starting Running Start (community college for high schoolers) in the fall and needs help with his writing. I don't think they have worked on writing much, so a review of basics through a five paragraph essay would be great.

 

Any suggestions?
