J'swife
I downloaded the study app for my son, but it's timed on each question, does anyone know if the Accuplacer is a timed test? He can take it for the local community college and it's free, but I am debating ACT, SAT & Accuplacer, he's wanting to do a program there, so needing the SAT or ACT is not required, he's not my strongest student, so I want to choose what would help him do the best he could do. Any suggestions. I have a friend that said her dd did not do well enough on the Accuplacer to take college level courses, so I am not concerned. We have a year to prepare for whatever. EKS
It was not timed when my son took it.
EKS
I just looked it up. It says here (under how does ACCUPLACER work?) that the tests are untimed.
J'swife
Thank you, I did some more research and there are various practice areas and even help at the community college.
MysteryJen
My dd1 took it and it took forever. She did fine, but it was easier for ds1 to just submit his SAT scores.
