Surfside Academy
I'm debating which series to purchase first. I really like the fact that they're both biblically-based. I'm looking for read-alouds for my 7.5 & 4.5 year-old boys and what's better than knights and chivalry. Both series look really similiar so I'm looking recommendations from anyone who has read either. Thanks, Tiffany

Thanks, Tiffany My dd has read the Terrestria Chronicles and she says that they are mostly dialog and that she thinks your boys would like them, but that you would have to discuss or define some of the terms and values presented. She liked them - and that is saying something. :) There is also a pretty thorough review of them here. The Kingdom Series is also reviewed here. Hope that helps! Warmly, Kate
5knights3maidens
My ds, 10, just finished the last book of Terrestria Chronicles...he wants to read them again. We will now go through them with the study guide. There isn't any magic, wizards or anything like that in them.
