unsinkable
Mary at Deep South Dish has categories for every holiday, including Easter. http://www.deepsouthdish.com/2010/03/easter-menu-ideas-and-recipes.html#axzz3VWkLZlhf Mel at (in? :-) ) Mel's Kitchen Cafe just posted an Easter menu planning post: http://www.melskitchencafe.com/easter-dinner-favorites-menu-planner/ I don't know either of these bloggers but I love their blogs, recipes and writing style. Oh, and Mary has a cookbook coming out in April!

unsinkable
I think I have to go to my mother's for boxed au gratin fauxtatoes and questionable ham. *weeps* I think Questionable Ham would benefit from some Random Capitalization. It makes it all-the-more ominous, yes?

MrsMommy
We are having either boneless leg of lamb a la My Grandmother The Butcher's Daughter or rack of lamb. Asparagus. Roasted potatoes. Green salad. Chocolate Silk Pie My menu is almost the same, except instead of salad, we're having brussels sprouts, and while I was planning on a French Silk pie for dessert, the children voted for a lemon cheesecake, instead. Oh, and our favorite Jell-O "salad," because I don't have many other occasions to make it.

OnTheBrink
I'm taking dd, ds and ds's gf out for Easter brunch at a restaurant that uses fresh, locally grown food. It's $$$ but it's the best and most original restaurant around.
