These look good!  I can always use help recipe planning.  I am a decent and mostly enthusiastic cook, but figuring out to make.... bah!

My menu is almost the same, except instead of salad, we're having brussels sprouts, and while I was planning on a French Silk pie for dessert, the children voted for a lemon cheesecake, instead.

 

Oh, and our favorite Jell-O "salad," because I don't have many other occasions to make it.

I'm taking dd, ds and ds's gf out for Easter brunch at a restaurant that uses fresh, locally grown food. It's $$$ but it's the best and most original restaurant around.
