We are having either boneless leg of lamb a la My Grandmother The Butcher's Daughter or rack of lamb.

Asparagus.

Roasted potatoes.

Green salad.

Chocolate Silk Pie

 

My menu is almost the same, except instead of salad, we're having brussels sprouts, and while I was planning on a French Silk pie for dessert, the children voted for a lemon cheesecake, instead.

 

Oh, and our favorite Jell-O "salad," because I don't have many other occasions to make it.
