What's the best relatively inexpensive robot vacuum?

I have a Dibea 960(?) that I got on an Amazon lightning deal for $140. I really like him - he will run on schedule for 2-1/2 to 3 hours on one battery charge and (usually) end up back at his charging station. He will turn himselfh off if he sucks up a pencil. He's relatively quiet. We have hardwood and laminate floors with area rugs where he works - kitchen, dining room, living room, sometimes bedrooms and lots of long girls' hair, dust, and small pets to clean up after (rabbit fur, bird seed).

**However, a couple days ago he started wigging out and, despite all our trouble-shooting fixes, he is not working. It seems to be the sensors and he will only go backwards in circles until he gets stuck. So we are in the process of figuring out how to return/exchange him. He has a 12- month warranty.**

The botvac I really want is a Neato D80, but expensive.

We are the bestest of friends

And we’ll keep on ignoring-to the end

We are the bestest

We are the bestest

No time for meanness

Cuz we are the bestest on the net.

:cheers2:   To the ITT!

In three years we have....

birthed babies

moved fathers

finished a graduate degree

buried loved ones

moved

contemplated moving

adopted new furry babies

won.... and lost....

grafted fruit trees

planned, planted and harvested gardens

written a novel and sought for agents

graduated children and sent them to college

started therapies

started new jobs

.... and maybe even educated our children.

Also, does anyone know anything about Brunswick, Maine?

Plenty of blueberries in that neck of the woods.

It's a Brunswick Blueberry Booyah!

This is the thread that never ends,

It just goes on and on my friends.

People started posting not knowing what it was,

And they will keep on posting here forever just because...

This is the thread that never ends

You'd best come join it with your friends

'Cuz it will replace Facebook as the latest web-based craze

And everyone will post here instead for the rest of their days

This is the thread that's always there

They'll cheer you up so don't despair

The group is growing well as more people start checking in

And we'll keep sucking them in because our cheer is addictive

This is the thread that never ends

It's better than a Mercedes Benz

It helps with coffee withdrawal and other troubles, too

Eighteen hundred pages of friends all cheering for you

This thread keeps going on and on

with record-setting length and fun

It started twenty-four months ago from curiosity

and all the fun and frolic has shown this is the place to be

This is the thread that never ends...

And the place where one finds special friends,

the kind that have hearts that are strong and true

Yes, ITT ladies, I am talking to you!

This is the thread that never ends....

My children have started a band called American Band. They play music from all over the world to symbolize our countriy's varied backgrounds. The sentiment is beautiful but the application is horrid.

Alex can't say "I'm hungry" so he's got this new thing where he climbs into his chair and says "Not done." So cute.

My Zaycon chicken order came this am. It’s still “no added brine/salt/etc.†but my chicken breasts had more white striping than usual. White striping is fat in the muscle from chickens being overly fed too quickly—large farm dynamics. The farm listed was in Georgia, and the chickens were processed just five days ago, so still super fresh....but I can’t rave like I normally do. It’s still the best bulk chicken deal I know of, and I probably only lost one lb of meat with the trimming I did, but I thought I should disclose all since we were talking chicken recently.

I made 11 large meal packages for the freezer! My freezer is about 1/5 full, so I have a long way to go.

I put the capybara book, a few biographies and 4 weather books including one in Spanish and one Magic School Bus on hold.

Mary has requested The Little Mermaid for Friday.

Whole30 soon! We're out of pasta, alcohol, bread and we don't do dairy. I need to finish the chocolate chips, corn chips, coffee creamer and buy some tea. And order a meat pack. And build a menu. Squeeeeeee!

I am tired, but I put together another query letter, and will assemble the next one to get them out this evening. I'm trying to get ahead on April's list, giving me all of April to focus on writing and not on selling my book. I need the break.

Juliet is going to the back door, pawing at the doggy doorbell, hopping through the door when I open it and waits expectantly for her treat.  Then I close the door and she sits there waiting for me to let her back in.  For her to do the whole thing over again.  Not how this is supposed to work!  But she has shown some fear of going out so I don't want to jinx it.  I did make sure that she had enough actual food so that she's not doing this as her lunch.  Now she ate some more lunch and has gone back to the door for another treat. . . .

(She's super skinny because she's high energy and she has too much puppy adhd to eat her food for too long before she's distracted so I'm not worried about overfeeding.)

She's smart though. Gaming the system like that.

I want a million dollars for curricula and some clones of my children to test them all on.

I only want $1,000 and another closet. You should be less greedy.

I want a big comfy chair with an ottoman, a warm fuzzy blanket and a good book.

A papasan chair! :svengo:  I miss it so.

My kids are obsessing about the word “heinousâ€. I have no idea why. Unless it’s because it rhymes with some other word. They keep saying “heinous†and laughing.

It's a good word.

They shouldn't sit down while performing.  In fact, they should be on their feet, striking a dramatic pose.  You know, their American Band Stand!   :smilielol5:  :smilielol5:  :smilielol5:  :leaving:

Happy Threadiversary!

Though that now means I'm back to twenty pages behind once again....

Story of my life.

Good for you!  Are you ready for your comprehensive thread quiz?  You have read the entire thread, haven't you?

Nope, but I got 3 pages further.

All I learned in college was the fine art of BS.

Much more valuable than the "everything I needed to know I learned in kindergarten"-thing people say.

Good morning folks.  Coffee, hugs or vodka for whomever needs whatever

Awesome!

There is no one quite like me.

Truth.
