Update on mental health

Just wanted to give a quick update on me. I went to my doctor who prescribed some medication. After a week I started meeting with a counselor.


What I've noticed in the last month so far:

1. I don't fall into bed at 5:30-6 and fall asleep. I would often hide under the covers. I'm staying awake until 9-10:30.

2. My first thought every morning isn't, "when can I go back to bed".

3. I don't repeat the phrase "I'm so tired" 100 times a day.


The counselor part is going to be hard. Changing attitude and self thought will be very difficult.


I'm ready to try 😊
