TeaTotaler
I'm considering one as a gift to myself for my birthday. I was going to order the Charge from Costco but was wondering if I should spring for the HR. Where did you purchase your Fitbit HR...the website, another online site, store? Thanks.
MeghansMom
I ordered mine off their website for a late birthday gift for myself. I ordered the black Charge HR and it is back ordered for three to four weeks. Four weeks would be March 20th. Can't wait to get it!
dirty ethel rackham
I'm looking to get the HR. I have friends with just the Charge and they get frustrated that some of their activity doesn't get recorded. Another friend upgraded to the HR and is thrilled that her rock climbing and cross-fit gets recorded. She got hers at Best-Buy with a rebate she found on her shopping apps.
Luckymama
Get the HR, especially if you do non-walking/running activities regularly.
DawnM
I ordered the HR and it should get here Saturday. I ordered it from Kohl's and got Kohl's cash.
TeaTotaler
Thanks ladies. I will be shopping for the Charge HR. Now to decide where to purchase it.... Is the customer service at the Fitbit website pretty decent? I don't want to spend $$ to ship it back if there is a problem.
pink&bluemommy
I had a problem with a fitbit flex (bought from best buy) and I had to contact fitbit. They tried to help me fix it but when they couldn't they just asked for proof of purchase and then they sent me a new one.

I was just over the 1 year mark with my old Fitbit and they wouldn't do anything for me.
amyinva
The clasp alone is worth paying the extra for the HR.
