Sparkle
I don't think I've made these before. Do you dip them in anything? Or just salt them or what?
Nicole M
I toss them in olive oil, and then sprinkle with lots of salt and pepper, then roast. I turn them once or twice if I'm not feeling lazy. Yum!
Jean in Newcastle
I toss them in olive oil, and then sprinkle with lots of salt and pepper, then roast. I turn them once or twice if I'm not feeling lazy. Yum! Ditto. I put them in the oven at 450 degrees Farenheit for about 40 min.
magistramom
I love sweet potato fries! Ditto on the advice to coat in olive oil and turn once in the oven for a more roasted version. If thin enough, they will crisp easily in the oven. I also sprinkle sea salt on them. As for eating... They are great with pineapple or mango salsa. My all time favorite meal is to spread red pepper hummus on toasted garlic bread and top it with a few slices of roasted sweet potatoes. They are also great with a balsamic, spinach salad. Enjoy! WTMindy
Mmmmmmm, sprinkle them lightly with rosemary!!! Yummy!
runninmommy
I oil my baking sheet (Olive oil) then sprinkle rosemary all over. I put the fries on the rosemary then sprinkle a litte more rosemary, 1/4 tsp. Cumin, 1/4 tsp. chili powder then salt and pepper. Top it off with a drizzle of Olive oil and bake. I turn the fries at least twice while baking. This sounds odd but it is soo yummy. Sometimes I will put a little honey on the top before baking. Yum! hswarden
I used to roast them too, until I rediscovered my "Fry Baby" in a high cabinet. Now I deep fry them. No problem to my waistline, because now the kids eat them all before I do.

lwilliams1922
mmmm my family loves these I coat them with coconut oil and a bit of salt. pop them in the oven for about 40 mins. We vary the thickness depending on how I feel. DH purchased an apple peeler/slicer and that is the quickest and fastest. mental note ** pick some more up from the store :)
