momee
We're watching sugar - any ideas besides air popped popcorn and fruit/veggie tray that we could have after dinner? Everyone has the munchies and looking at me for a solution :)

Joyofsixreboot
I eat either a banana or Apple with peanut butter for " dessert" most nights. My kids eat string cheese, boiled eggs, beans and tortilla, sandwiches , or soup. Yes, they eat a lot.
gardenmom5
for snacks - I would suggest something with protein. protein actually curbed my desire for something sweet. deviled eggs (depends upon recipe) peanut butter on celery with cinnamon, or raisens. I indulged in my favorite smoked salmon over the holidays. I just sprinkled dill on it. brie was a little more out of the 'good for you' range, but I also put a generous sprinkling of pomegranate seeds on it. generally NOT dried fruit, as it is high in sugar.
