Ha! What's the point of being in your twenties if not to make other people feel old? I also make poor decisions, don't wear makeup and run without cracking, but the last one seems to be on the way out. :(

Hey! I'm 28 too! I thought I was one of the only ones :)

I agree.  Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks are always good.  We just watched Captain Phillips!  My son opined that it was interesting that all Tom Hanks movies seem to avoid vulgarity and curse words left and right.  So true.  I guess he is powerful enough that he doesn't have to do that.  Meg Ryan movies are always good too.

Actually, Tom Hanks says a curse word in You've Got Mail -- an f-bomb, I believe -- in the scene where he is working out at the gym. This is absolutely my favorite movie, but I always cringe at that point.

LOTR

Foxfire

Hackers

GI Jane

Blackhawk Down

Over The Hedge

Bad Boys 2 makes me laugh til I can't breathe.

The Sherlock TV series

The glades tv show. I suffer a back injury and it flares up once in a while making me bed ridden for weeks. I marathon the entire series every time my back goes out.

There are others. These are the ones I can watch without ever feeling bored of them.

Yes, here are my back to back romantics:

Jane Austen - all

Mansfield Park

Cranford

But, I also REALLY LIKE "Shawshank Redemption".   Is that spelled right?  I"ve watched that over.and.over.and.over again.

Classics like "Gone With The Wind".

Shawshank is probably the one though.  They play it on tv a fair amt. and when I see it channel surfing, I have to watch it, right?

eta:  any Kendrick Bros. movie (Facing the Giants, Fireproof, etc)

Some of these I haven't heard of!

I'd probably watch any movie again if it was on.  We don't actually have reception, so if there is something on the television that isn't a video game or Disney or Pokemon, I get sucked in.  Something about moving pictures!

The Family Man - with Nicolas Cage , so sad but I keep watching it!

Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase

Beauty and the Beast - Disney cartoon

It's a Wonderful Life

Anne of Green Gables

Pride and Prejudice (Kiera Knightly version)

Austin Powers (did I say that?! so disgustingly funny...)

Love's Long Journey and Love Comes Softly (Others past those are meh...)

I don't think I can even sit through Sci-fi type (Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, etc....) EXCEPT Spaceballs which makes fun of those types... lol

I think I'm the only James Bond fan. I watch them all repeatedly, but Sean Connery is the best, of course.

Princess Bride

Serenity and Firefly episodes

Corner Gas (Canadian TV series) - Can't wait for the movie to come out!!

Monty Python movies and TV shows

Darling Buds of May (British TV series)

A Touch of Frost (British TV)

Huge fan of the last three with Daniel Craig, I could watch those over and over.
