Hunter
I found a really nice K-6 PE curriculum written by the New South Wales government. It teaches 12 "fundamental movement skills". Download "Live Life Well @ School" and "Get Skilled Get Active" either just the booklet or the booklet and videos. http://www.curriculumsupport.education.nsw.gov.au/primary/pdhpe/gamessport/index.htm If you don't want to download the videos, you can stream them here. Click on "Show me How" and "Teach me How". http://www.curriculumsupport.education.nsw.gov.au/primary/pdhpe/gamessport/fmsindex.htm There is a scope and sequence of the 12 skills here. http://www.curriculumsupport.education.nsw.gov.au/primary/pdhpe/assets/pdf/gsga/programfms.pdf This is really really really nice. A lot of this can be done with just one child, and for those of you that need that, you know how hard it is to find good PE resources for the single child. Hunter
I like these "activity logs". They are supremely doable for the family that is failing at PE. https://www.presidentschallenge.org/tools-resources/forms.shtml Eating better, and one hour of movement, any moment, even just going for a walk, is all it takes to "do" PE. Hunter
You can print out customized food plans here to go along with the activity log above. http://www.choosemyplate.gov/supertracker-tools/daily-food-plans.html I'm thinking that for a complete K-6 curriculum, you would need to also add a calisthenics program, and study a sport/dance each term even if that meant just watching a video or attending an event. I haven't found the perfect calisthenics pdf yet, but this one isn't horrible. http://www.woischkes.com/files/Total_Body_Workout_adobe.pdf

Hunter
Click on 'Skill Development" Pg. 110-118 and "Movement Games" pg. 220-229 http://www.sasksport.sk.ca/cis/cis_modules.html Again, most of this is usable for the single child at home. Hunter
Investigate the Landscape blog is hosting the alpha edition of the Public Domain PE Curriculum. There is a pdf using these resources and a few others scheduled for years 0, 1-10, and Plus. http://investigatingthelandscape.blogspot.com.au/2014/11/public-domain-curriculum-physical.html
