Michelle My Bell
We are coming into town for a visit to the American Girl Doll store and will be staying the night. We need to plan some fun and extremely low cost things to do tomorrow (Sunday) and Monday. Ages 8-20. Any suggestions?
Acorn
COSI museum for kids, but I think it's pricey.
RebeccaS
COSI is lots of fun, but it's closed on Mondays, just as a fyi. I've never been to the Columbus Zoo, but I've heard great things about it from friends who have been. I believe they are reciprocal with other zoo memberships if you have one and COSI is reciprocal with other science museum memberships. If you have either of those, it might be low cost-or free, depending on what they offer.
aaplank
You could spend a whole day at Easton just perusing through all the shops. Be sure to go to the visitor center where they give you lots of good info. and a good coupon book to use at various shops at Easton. Downtown Columbus has lots of fun and free things to do. The downtown library is amazing. The Grange Audobon Center has plenty indoor/outdoor things to do. My favorite is a tour at the State House. There is a docent led tour every hour. There is a museum for kids inside as well. Plus the State lawn is a field trip in and of itself. Be sure to walk along part of the Scioto Mile if you happen to go downtown.
