workingmom
Those that use a bullet journal type process, do you keep a separate journal for creative ideas/designs or is that all intermixed within the daily/weekly task pages? I keep a daily (or sometimes weekly ) ongoing task list. but if I have specific creative ideas to sewing projects or design ideas it just goes in where the next free page is. then a few more pages of daily lists and then again another free page for design ideas. Does anyone actually start from the back for work/design/creative live stuff and use the front forward for more like daily tasks. I'm wondering if that will help consolidate like items? happi duck
I jot down creative ideas on the page for the day and then in the evening I move it where it belongs. In my index I have a "creative endeavors" heading where I list the page numbers of where I consolidated ideas.
workingmom
If many are ongoing projects than would it make sense to "divide the journal" and use the back half for ongoing creative projects atleast most of that would be lumped together. I feel I'm constantly getting snippets of pieces ( my journal lasts me a couple of months at a time) rather than more junks of creative planning
DragonFaerie
I don't have much in the way of creative planning, but I do have a couple of ongoing lists in mine. I just use a sticky to tab the page and keep going with my journal. I can easily refer back to the page and add to it as I need to. Another suggestion would be to add the page to your index so you can find it again.
