dirty ethel rackham
Pet Supplies Plus. They carry a lot of premium brands that have limited ingredients - important for us since our dog can't have grains or chicken. We also order bully sticks and similar products from BestBullySticks.com.
Pawz4me
I make most of them. I occasionally buy Himalayan chews and antlers, either at Petsmart or the grocery store.

Chocolate Rose
We buy Greenies at PetsMart. This weekend they are having a BOGO deal. I didn't know about it, but happened to go to PetsMart yesterday and got the deal. Dh is debating about going back (30 min drive) to get more today. Matryoshka
The second day we had our dog, we had a trainer come in, and she recommended PureBites (basically just dehydrated meat); you can get them off of Amazon cheaper than in the pet store.
