Plucky
We put our bunk beds back together and the kids want a light. I can only find ones sold in the UK. Where are they sold online in the US?

Plucky
Do you know if it stays cool? I saw it online and am not sure about it. Knowing my youngest she would keep it on and brush against it. The girls really want added light for reading and writing. I have searched and searched and the only product other than the ikea light was a bunky bunk bed light sold only in the UK. If there is one here in the US then the marketing department is really falling down on the job! Grrr.
Patricia in WA
We have one of those Ikea lights and even though we have not put it up yet (we have recently moved), my son says he never remembers it getting hot. He usually left it on most of the night. HTHs,
Plucky
I'll go look up the Ikea lamp again. I may also call them. Thanks!:)
Deidre in GA
a compact fluorescent bulbs would not get hot enough to burn so any lamp that could take a CP would do.
Free Indeed
We use the touch on lamps from Home Depot. It takes batteries instead of electricity so that may be a down side for you. We used them so the 2 oldest girls could read while my youngest could sleep. They are in a tier bunk bed.
