One more food post-vegetarian, wheat, dairy, soy free lunch ideas?

Sort of looking for similar ideas (except soy is okay). We'll be out of the house for lunch often this summer. So far I have:


Tortilla strips and hummus

PB&J (corn) tortilla wraps (kids like it, meh for me)

Taco salad-in-a-bag (black beans instead of meat, plus corn, tortilla strips, salsa, etc.)

Baked potatoes (in the crockpot overnight) with veggie chili

Egg salad (DS eats his without bread)

Homemade fruit and nut bars


I'm all ears for any ideas for not-messy rice-on-the-go.

You can use coconut oil, olive oil, or Earth Balance Soy Free Buttery Spread for butter replacements for the recipes and cheese can be left out.
