Just in case you have a 7th grader who doesn't particularly enjoy reading...

We will be switching a lot of our learning to audio/video this next year.  I'm tired of reading out loud to my Dyslexic child....

Right now what we're trying out is :

Education Portal (not worth it unless you got in on the beta testing price)


PBS Learning (lots of Science) http://unctv.pbslearningmedia.org/


Documentaries on You Tube


EIW and Killgallons for writing (very small amount of reading)


We're hoping to get a new diagnosis for the LD so we can get Ally (like audible) for free.



I think K12 HO is easily broken up into smaller reading segments

RSO Bio 2 didn't have a huge amount of text, DS was mostly able to do it himself.

Using more workbooks would reduce the amount of reading but would up the boring factor.
