Book lists by reading level-- looking for good books for my rising 2nd grader

Recommended Posts

Does such a thing exist?  Good reading lists by reading level?  I'm hoping to get our summer reading off to a great start, and I'd like to find some really good books for DD7 to read.  She tends to still pick out the easy reader books. I want to give her a reading comprehension test (suggestions welcome) but I'm pretty sure she's reading at or above a 2nd grade level.

This is the best I've found, but it's opposite what you want. Put in the title and it will pull up reading level, but not for every book.

These are all book titles dividing books into grade levels for read aloud purposes, but they may be helpful.

Local libraries sometimes keep a binder available of graded book lists from the public school.
