mommymilkies
Was it Samba? I tried that years ago and it reminded me very quickly that I have no rhythm. I don't even wear bracelets or watches because they fall off. I have thought of getting a wrist tattoo like a tribal bracelet, though. That one won't fall off!

Nope, today was day 4 (I think) in the Fusion Sculpt classes they have on MYO and it was the dancing like the people do during the Carnivale parades. Arms flapping and swinging, legs bending, marching, and kicking all simultaneously. My performance was bad. I wouldn't even let the kid watch :tongue_smilie:
gardenmom5
I did barre 3 today - so mixing it up. I want to try and add it in 2x per week to the rotation. I don't have a single good chair to use as a bar, but I did find lots of instructions on how to make your own bar out of pvc pipe. . . . . Snickerdoodle
I know it's my weekend off, but I woke up so stiff. I think I'm going to do an extensive limbering session and roll.
rieshy
2 hours open mat. I got to spare with our head sensei. Sooooo fun. 4 mile run this afternoon and now I'm going to go swimming with my youngest 3. I LOVE summer.
rieshy
I calculated my body fat percentage using some military guidelines thing...31% right on the border to being considered obese. I'm 5'5" and 138 lbs. But I have a tiny bone frame. Wow. That's eye opening. I really hope that's wrong, but that's really depressing. I rested today. If my ear isn't better tomorrow, I'm calling for new abx and I'm going to try my new Bellydance DVD. I want to start Run! Zombies! C25K Saturday. I find that weird. What military guidelines? Calipers?
Mandylubug
We visited Six Flags day before yesterday for 8 hours. There were no lines so we truly walked a ton. We then visited the new water park inside. I exhausted after lugging 4 person floats up all those stairs. Really felt the burn each and every hike up to the top pf the slides. Mowed an acre with a push mower today. Unconventional workouts this week but I think they count. I'm exhausted.
Joyofsixreboot
Went swimming with the kids for a couple hours. It was rest day so I'll take it.
Mom-ninja.
mommymilkies, I hope your ear heals quickly. Just rest, rest, and rest some more. Drink lots of fluids. Maybe ballet type stretches because a lot of those are standing straight up. My wrist is 5" so I guess I'm a small frame.
