faiths13
If so, can you tell me what you thought of it? Did you use any of the extras with it, such as grammar and spelling? Did you use any of the books for 7-12th grade with it? Thanks!
faiths13
I was also wondering if Interlock goes well with Volume 1 and the Vol 1 supplement?
faiths13
Anyone? I am looking for book recommendations for the Vol 1 Supplement
Ohdanigirl
I am not familiar with it, but did google it. I found one that is from Alpha Omega. If that is the one you are referring to, it may help to include Alpha Omega in the title. Have you checked these reviews? http://www.homeschoolreviews.com/reviews/curriculum/reviews.aspx?id=362 https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090617204241AAlt6mY
eight_gregorys
We used it when my oldest was in younger. I liked it a lot. You can substitute other books for the recommended books. I didn't care for the penmanship or spelling program. I like something more structured like All About Spelling and Handwriting Without Tears. I used the Volume with the Day by Day and that was it. I also used this sight. It was very helpful. http://www.unofficialweaver.com/v1books.html
Ellie
The Weaver was one of the first products written by and for homeschoolers, back in the early 80s. The author, Becky Avery, sold it to Alpha Omega. In 1988, I spent some time comparing it to KONOS, and I decided on KONOS. :-)
freeindeed
I have. I used Volume 1 and 2. I also used the Day by Day. I tried Wisdom Words but did not care for it. I used Success in Spelling and I liked it. Interlock comes before Volume 1. You can just let your youngest do Volume 1 along with your older children. You will need the supplement for 7th through 12th grade students.
