My new reading spot

I've slowly been redoing the master bedroom and one thing that was important to me was to create a cozy reading spot. After 10,000 visits to every thrift and second hand store in town, this is what I came up with. I gave it a good workout yesterday and I'm pretty happy with it.

The second picture is a "I have to share it with somebody" sort of picture. It shows the wall that's between the closet doorway and the doorway to the toilet/shower area of the bathroom. It's funny that until I started this project that I never realized how much water has played a part in our lives. The pictures are from the ocean, the lake, the river and the pool.

How lovely! That demilune table is just beautiful.

But the look on somebody's face suggests you might have to share "your" reading spot

Thank you for the name of the table. I had no idea so that made it difficult to describe to other people. Learn something new every day. :001_smile:  And yes, the cats love my chair so they can stare longingly into the great outdoors.

Oh my! I stared at your wall with all the ocean / sea related items. Love those large letters spelling S E A.
