Mandylubug Posted May 12, 2014 Share Posted May 12, 2014 I was spoiled. We had a large family and plus some lunch at my Mom's today. They surprised me with a birthday cake that said happy 40th. (I'm 32) oldest DS started that joke. I commented when we got there that if I'm 40, that means he's hit 20, get out and get a job! Dad thought it was hilarious and went to the local grocery store to get the cake. I woke up to 4 smiling faces singing happy birthday and then happy mother's day to the same tune. DH had to wprk today but he did make my coffee and a bowl of cereal (my choice) for me, cleaned the kitchen and helped me load my van before he left. He has the entire week off starting tomorrow and I am looking forward to spending time doing nothing. It really is the little things that mean the most these days!
