ktgrok
I tried to post in the classifieds, but it won't let me for some reason. I posted on Varage sale this morning, and on my facebook page. Anywhere else I should post?
Erica in OR
I don't really sell, but one place I go to buy is homeschoolclassifieds.com. Erica in OR
texasmama
Lately, I have sold some things on ebay.
73349
I've found a couple of local options so that I don't have the hassle of shipping--a Yahoo! Group and a store. Maybe check and see if there's something near you? A lot of groups have an annual sale and you can rent a table--if you have a lot to unload, the cost is less than Media Mail. magnificent_baby
I had the best luck on eBay and Craigslist. I tried the varagesale thing and didn't care for that format as well.
Beth S
Our region has an end-of-the-year Used Curricula Sale, scheduled for early May. Maybe there's one in your area.
solascriptura
Try your local homeschool yahoo group. No fees and you don't have to worry about items getting lost through USPS. It has happened too many times to me to think it "won't happen again."
Heather in OK
We have a homeschool consignment bookstore here. I take my stuff there.
J-rap
I've sold most of my curriculum on eBay. I've had very good luck there.
AmyontheFarm
We have a buy & sell Facebook group for our local area, one for our provice that I'm a part of and one for Canada that I'm also a part of. If I can't sell it locally, then I move to the province group and then to the Canadian wide group.
Kathryn
I don't sell but I do buy. I'm on a couple of local Facebook groups and I've also bought from homeschoolclassifieds.com and the classifieds board here. I'm on varagesale as well, but haven't yet bought from there. We have a local curriculum sale in the summer also. And there is a small homeschool bookstore, but it's mostly new and overpriced.
ScoutTN
Homeschool classifieds has worked well for me. We also have several local curriculum sales this time of year.
