Liz CA
what do you buy? I love Birks for their footbed and the support but their style choices are limiting. Is there another brand with good quality footbed and a few more choices than either clog/mules or sandal? I have spent around $80 or so for a pair of closed toe shoes and I am not willing to go much higher.
albeto.
I live in my naot sandals. I prefer them to Birks, actually.
umsami
I've lived mainly in Birkis for the past 25 years…ever since I became a massage therapist. But when I have to wear real shoes, I go for Earth shoes, Clark's, or Munro American.

YaelAldrich
Ditto on Naot -- they make a lot of different styles.
MicheleinMN
http://www.zappos.com/alegria - The prices are higher than what you wanted, but zappos has a great return policy, so you could try them and see if any of them feel worth the extra to you. Trilliums
Keens -- Love them! you might find winter styles on clearance now at someplace like Dillards. They all have a similar look though, which you may or may not like. I have heard Naot have a similar bed to Birks. I find Born clogs incredibly uncomfortable, but i have a pair of Born on Concept lace up flats that were around $70 retail price form a local shoe shop. They have wide toe and arch support that works for me.
