Kimber
I have to make copies of a literature guide for the class I'm teaching (permission granted), and this particular guide isn't loose leaf. I'm taking it to Kinko's to make copies, but should I attempt to cut the binder myself or can they? Thanks guys! Kimberly

EKS
I just had them do this today. They did a beautiful job!
PeterPan
Well how about a more nuanced answer, hehe... I've gotten several bindings cut off stuff at our local, privately owned copyshop and have always had a good experience. They have special cutters to cut the bindings off thick stuff. Some of the big chains only have machines that cut bindings off thinner books. If your book is thick or valuable, I'd suggest finding a store that guarantees you they have the right machine. And yes, I'd have them cut it off and rebind or drill or whatever you decide you want. Does this lit guide come on cd/pdf by chance? Sure would make life easier!
