The examples were going over the parts of a book, and what a noun was, multiple times. DD has had some formal grammar, though. (Not that she retained much, but I felt 4 would be a better fit for her based on what she does know.) It might be best to check out the samples and see for yourself. I did compare the samples earlier, but I still couldn't decide. The beginning of FLL 3 does look simple, but then it picks up, and I couldn't tell if level 4 would move too fast.
