Here's my problem, I have an Algebra class coming up and I am not confident in my algebra skills at all!!!!!!! I did terrible in high school algebra, and not a lot better when I went thru college the first time, which was 14 years ago. So I'd like to find a resource that will allow me to "brush up" on my skills before I formally start the class. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Peach Posted February 1, 2014 Share Posted February 1, 2014 Get Danica McKellar's books. She has a pre-algebra book called Kiss My Math and an algebra book called Hot X: Algebra Exposed. They are great and she explains things in ways I wish my school teachers has as it now makes sense and it never did before.
