hjffkj Posted January 20, 2014 Share Posted January 20, 2014 My dh text me today telling me that his best friend left his wife 3 weeks ago and has been having an affair with another woman for a while. This info came from the wife not the best friend. They were dating while dh and I were, got married 8 months after we did, and have an almost 2 year old daughter. Please pray for the wife that is in incredible pain and very angry. And pray for her husband, that he finds a way to fix the family he broke up (not that I imagine they'd get back together but clearing the animosity for the sake of their dd would be nice.) My dh is distraught, this is his best friend from high school, godfather to our oldest, and I don't know if he'll be able to remain friends with him. My dh was cheated on by his first wife and of course that scar will always be there. I just doubt he has any respect or trust for his friend anymore.
