It's probably good that I missed it, because my old bread machine still works fine, but I would have been very tempted by that lightning deal!!! If it goes, we will replace ASAP with the same brand. I have a 13yo zoji I can't kill. I keep hoping it'll die so I can get a new one with the heater in the top. I don't think I've ever heard of that. Hmmmm... I am thinking I am going to replace the paddles after the holidays. They seem a big loose to me, they have a lot of play. I make mostly whole grains etc and I suspect that that is a little harder on the machine. However, I am totally fine with buying the new paddles, it isn't that much $.
