Seasider
I love chopped salads and found this recipe. http://espressoandcream.com/2010/11/autumn-chopped-salad.html Problem is, I do not like bottled poppyseed dressing. What dressing would you use as a substitute?
GSOchristie
What about raspberry vinaigrette?
GSOchristie
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/sweet-dijon-salad-dressing/ or maybe this?
LucyStoner
I would just use a homemade balsamic and oil dressing and maybe sprinkle with poppyseeds.
Seasider
Oh, the Dijon looks good, but I don't do artificial sweetener. Maybe a touch of brown sugar would work instead of the sucralose.
OrganicAnn
I think any kind of vinaigrette would be good.
Farrar
Or you could use a bit of honey. Honey is surprisingly good in dressings.
zoobie
I couldn't get it to load, but I love chopped salad so I googled. Here's another blogger referencing that salad: http://iowagirleats.com/2012/09/24/autumn-chopped-salad/ I don't prefer sweet dressings, so I'd do a white balsamic or some mild vinaigrette. There's plenty of sweet with the apple and pear.
KungFuPanda
I'd just use a Greek dressing. It's easy to make and can be used in place of both of those dressings.
