We are back from our three month trip around the US!

Thanks for all your wonderful suggestions!!! We spent the summer driving and tent camping from Virginia to the west coast, up to Oregon, through Glacier, east to Milwaukee, and down to Florida.

 

We are getting settled in Florida now. I'm surrounded by boxes.

I loved reading your blog!  We tried to go to Fort Clatsop and it was closed for repairs or something like that.  But we really enjoyed the Interpretive Center at Cape Disappointment.  Now you are making me want to go back and try again for Fort Clatsop.

Jean, if you love Lewis and Clark, we REALLY loved the museum in Great Falls, MT. It's like the one at Cape Disappointment, but bigger and a little more interactive. If you ever have any reason to go to Great Falls (I can't think of one), check it out.
