Tracy in Ky
I have an interested buyer for curriculum, but they are in Alaska. Does anyone know if it costs substantially more to mail to Anchorage than to the contential US?
clwcain
No idea, but I believe that you can get a quote on your shipping through the USPS website.

Kathleen in VA
I just went to the usps website and calculated postage for a 5 pound box from Virginia to Alaska as well as from Virginia to Nebraska. I got slightly different rates for all but media mail. The media mail rate was $3.63 for both of them. Of course, flat rate boxes were flat rates - just more expensive than media mail. Mississippi Missy
I had a lady from Alaska buy something and I freaked out and ran to the P.O. to find out price. No need to freak, it wasn't much more at all. In fact, only $2.93 (media mail).
