I have two cans of Salmon what on earth do I .....

You could use them in a salmon-salad sandwich, or you could make a pasta salad and toss in the salmon. There's another thing I do, but not very often--you can kind of saute/warm the salmon in some olive oil or butter with garlic and lemon, and then toss it with cooked fettucine or linguine. Oh, yum! :drool5:
