RebeccaC
do with them? What can I make besides Salmon patties? Help :001_huh: I am a clueless cook :tongue_smilie: TIA
Julie in CA
You could use them in a salmon-salad sandwich, or you could make a pasta salad and toss in the salmon. There's another thing I do, but not very often--you can kind of saute/warm the salmon in some olive oil or butter with garlic and lemon, and then toss it with cooked fettucine or linguine. Oh, yum! :drool5:
sdWTMer
Yeah, I was thinking of putting it with pasta as well.
TrixieB
At our house, we usually just eat canned salmon plain.
ravengal
Salmon, potato, and cheese chowder. Easy and delicious.
KS_
You can make salmon noodle casserole just like you make tuna noodle casserole. It's very similar tasting, but a nice change :)

The Governess
Make some salmon salad sandwiches - yum!!! Or mix a can in with some mac and cheese - we've done that before and it's been delish. Kinda like very quick tuna casserole. Add some capers if you're feeling extra fancy. :tongue_smilie:
Laurie4b
We have it all the time. Cheapest wild caught USA salmon there is! We eat it on pasta with a vege (like broccoli or peas), with olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan. Or I put it on a salad with a sweet dressing like poppyseed or raspberry vinagrette.
