TheApprentice
how many push-ups can you do in 90 seconds? On your knees or toes. That is our challenge in my boot camp class tonight. The goal: 100. I'm not even close.
Kim in Appalachia
If I did them all on my knees, I might make it to 50. Push-ups have always been hard for me. I've been working on them, but I tend to get sore in my right shoulder, at the top (probably some tendon). Right now I do a total of 50 2x's a week (5 sets of 10). I'll be adding another day of strength training next week, then I'll be doing 50 3x's a week. I could not imagine doing 100.
Mnemosyne
Before I had my kids I could do about 65 in 90 seconds... now, that'd be a lot more difficult.
Catwoman
100? No. I could not do 100 push-ups. Not even at gunpoint. No way. No how. But if you can do it, I think that's amazing!!! :hurray:
Blueridge
When I was doing P90X...a lifetime ago it seems...I could do 300 on my knees (in broken sets and NOT in 90 seconds lol). Now I can do about 10. :tongue_smilie:
