Michelle My Bell
I need some new music to put on my iphone to listen to when I run. I like things with a motivating beat but not rap. Well, mostly not rap. There are a few songs I like. Anyhow, what are your top songs that are currently on your run list?
Caroline
Raise Your Glass by P!NK Uprising by Muse Pressure by Queen The Rocky Theme (usually as I am climbing my front steps and then I do the happy dance)
Susan in TN
I don't run any more, but when I did I liked "Shining Star" by Earth, Wind, and Fire (had a good pacing tempo for me) and a couple songs by ABBA, which I can't remember right now. runbikeswim
I run to Pandora and my stations are Britney Spears, Lady Gaga and Rihanna. Oddly enough, I don't listen to their music any other time.
Joker
My faves right now are Moves Like Jagger (Maroon 5) and Stronger (Kelly Clarkson).
Garga
I've always been a little embarrased by my choices of music. The people I know IRL don't like what I like, but since I have relative annonymity, here is my list, cut and pasted for you. I run on the treadmill and find a few of these songs on youtube and watch/listen to them on my ipad while I run. Imagine dragons, Radioactive Secret, the pierces Beds are burning, midnight oil Bright eyes Pink fun, we can learn to love again Thriftshop Ny2la Hope it gives you hell Skyfall Love stinks I belong with you, you belong with me I hate myself for loving you Crack the sky: hot razors, skin deep, all american boy I'm reading a book That's what makes her beautiful Blah blah blah Gangnam style Blow my whistle Dont bring me down 500 miles The kinks low budget Genesis that's all teenage dirtbag, wheatus Sweet dreams Ace of base, don't turn around I love you like a love song Pearl jam, last kiss You spin me right round Goyte, somebody that i used to know

KungFuPanda
I don't run, but when I fake run in slow motion I like to hum the "Chariots of Fire" theme.
Maela
When I'm running/working out I need rap or techno. I also like most of these.

Occasionally
If you're interested in keeping your music at a certain bpm to keep your pace up, I like jog.fm for their lists. One of my favorite songs is "Shaking the Tree" by Peter Gabriel--the live version. It's a long song, motivating, and around 160 bpm (which is perfect for me.) I also like Dire Straits' "Sultans of Swing" and Sting's "Mad About You."
