Caroline Posted July 10, 2013 Share Posted July 10, 2013 I placed an order with The Critical Thinking Company. The box arrived today in rough shape, and was missing the bulk of my order. I left a voice mail with their customer service. Within 10 minutes I got an email saying a new shipment was on its way replacing the entire order. I just wanted to publicly thank them.
