smudge
I ordered the new Kingfisher History Encyclopedia 3rd edition on Amazon, and it was supposed to be here this week. However, last night they sent me an email that it probably wouldn't arrive until Sept. Does anyone have this 3rd edition? Is it terribly different than the 2nd edition (which I can find used)? Do I wait for the new one? In the meantime we have started Ancients with SOTW1 and so far the kids are eating. it. up. It would be nice to have an additional reference book..... ByGrace3
I could be way off and this might not be helpful at all...but in the WTM isn't Kingfisher recommended for logic stage? You could use the Usborne Encyclopedia of World History which is her rec for grammar stage? If you have already considered this and chose Kingfisher..ignore this post! :)

smudge
Ok thanks ladies! I do already have the Usborne so we will go with that. I think I will cancel the Kingfisher and continue on with the Usborne. Great book btw!. And we get tons of coordinating library books too!
