betsykimes
Hi! These books from Pearables look really good. Are they? And would you recommend as they say to start with book one even though my daughter is 9.5? Thank you! Betsy
Melissa in SC
I only have the first one and my dd started when she was 6 and it was too basic for her. But, she LOVES to cook. The only thing she learned was using one of those cool knives that cut carrots into wavy shapes. I need to order book 2 and 3. My 4 yr old is starting with bk 1 this yr. It is a GREAT program, but like I said, you need to evaluate her level as to where she needs to be.
Rosie_0801
I've had a squizz at their website. What's so Christian about them? The other books show clear Christian influences, but the home ec books don't. Cheers, Rosie
betsykimes
I've heard all positive from here and elsewhere and no negative except the level issue. I shall take advantage of the free shipping and just be done with it. Thanks again.
