justme824
I am gearing up for a geology study with my older 4th grader. We've done this once before with all the great books for the younger crowd. Now I am looking for great books for this age. Any suggestions!?!? TIA :)
Farrar
Shaping the Earth by Dorothy Hinshaw Patent. Not if you're YEC though. Also, the Scientist in the Field series has two earth science books: Eruption! by Elizabeth Rusch and Diving to a Deep-Sea Volcano by Kenneth Mallory. Both would be perfect for fourth grade. Thank you! We have been enjoying some of the Scientist in the Field books lately so those will be perfect for him. And I will check out the other as well.
