AngieW in Texas
I am looking for recommendations for a good vitamin/mineral/superfood powder to mix in my smoothies that does NOT have nutritional yeast. I am very allergic to nutritional yeast. I have Vitamineral Green, which I just started using a few days ago. I'm up to 3/8 tsp in my smoothie so far and it hasn't really affected the taste yet. The only problem I have with Vitamineral Green is that I can't find anything that says exactly what is in it, although at least it is clearly labeled as yeast-free. Do y'all have any recommendations for supplements to add to my smoothies? I'm already adding one cup of fresh spinach to each smoothie. Mabeline
I like adding flax seeds, chia seeds or spirulina to our smoothies sometimes.

Blueridge
We use Amazing Grass Green Superfood in chocolate and berry flavors. You can look on Amazon and zoom up on the nutrition label to make sure it fits your need. We love it mixed with Designer Whey protein powder and several other tasty goodies! Snickerdoodle
I sometimes use this product. It is very concentrated; a little dab'll do ya.
Jenny in Florida
I use a half-and-half mix of Spirutein and Soy-Free Veg powders in ours.
Crimson Wife
Vega One vegetarian protein powder is free of most of the common allergans. I'd have to double-check whether it is yeast-free, but I'm pretty sure it is.
Mnemosyne
I use Vibrant Health Green Vibrance. Didn't see yeast in the ingredients, but you may want to double check.
