CraftyHomeschool
I would like to find out what the differences between the older version and the revised edition is, specifically the readers. Can I use a revised AG and CDs with an older book?
Farrar
Having only glanced at the older version, it looked like the main difference was that the difference between the stories, myths, and legends and the regular text was made clearer by offsetting the type in the newer edition. I'm sure there are corrections as well, of course. I think the differences are small enough that you could use the AG and CD's just fine. The pages in the AG wouldn't correspond, but the sections would be pretty obvious.
Julie Smith
For SOTW #1 I have the old version and the new audio. The difference is big enough that your kid would get confused if reading the text in time to the audio CD. Other then that I didn't notice any problems. CraftyHomeschool
Thank you!! My son doesn't isn’t a strong reader so I was hoping that we could listen to the CDs (as a family with my two youngest) and he could follow along in the book to help him retain the info.
