Guest terric
Can you tell us a little about the class? Is it appropriate for a teenager? How involved / difficult are the assignments? How much time per week is required? Thanks!!
IrishMum
Can you tell us a little about the class? Is it appropriate for a teenager? How involved / difficult are the assignments? How much time per week is required? Thanks!! It is a very involved course, not for a younger teen. My son is 14, but advanced in math, and interested in finance. Hours, it's hard to say, my son watches the videos once, then reads the questions then watches the videos again. The first lot of exercise have 3 week deadline. So maybe 5 hours a week, if you split up the questions over the 3 weeks. The exercises are quiet difficult. We are only a couple of weeks into it, and are finding it hard. It would be very difficult without Excel, and there is a lot of math. I would recommend watching the videos, my son found them very interesting, and attempt the questions. You might have to drop the question part, depending on child's ability.
