KungFuPanda
I need help! I've never mixed my own music and usually rely on some young, hip student to do it for me. I REALLY should know what to do myself. Right now, my needs are simple. I have two complete songs and I want to put a 30 second snippet of music between them. Later, however, I have a medley if 4-5 songs I want to mix. Is there a relatively simple, hopefully free, process for doing this on my iPad? Pippen
If you can use a pc, then Audacity would do the job. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Tiffnkids
My dd uses Vegas Movie Studio for her sound editing. I am not sure if it is compatible with Macs, but the Mac Imovie or IDVD programs would probably work.
catz
Garage band would be perfect for this on the iPad but it is $4.99. We just down loaded it last week and my kid is enjoying it.
