This is my 2nd week on WW online. I've lost 4.8 lbs!!! Yeah!!!! First week, I lost 3.8, this week, I lost 1 lb. I'm not using all my bonus or activity points during the week and my daily points remain at 26. Is this about right??

Any tips for continued success??

You really need to eat at least the exercise points. You need them to sustain your energy and metabolism. It will also keep you satisfied. This isn't suppose to be a diet but an eating plan and cutting back that much will leave you hungry and grumpy in a few weeks. You will find your energy depleting as well. WW really does know what they are doing and you will lose weight even if you eat every single point they give you. 26points is the lowest level so that will be your target until maintenance. And expect bad weeks. I would go two weeks with a slight gain and then end up with a 3 pound loss. You will see a pattern in about 3 months. Don't get discouraged by weird weight loss patterns. Good luck! I lost 25 pounds this year.

It actually varies person to person. I never ate my activity points (to be honest, I didn't exercise on a regular basis), never went below my daily points and used some of my weekly points every week. . When I was on plan, the lowest was 29 pts. It changed just before I hit lifetime. I basically lost a pound a week from start to finish, 39 weeks. I had some weeks where I would lose 2 lbs. and some where I gained a little. It all evened out though. They say the healthiest thing is to lose 1 to 2 lbs. per week anyway. Your body acclimates slowly but the weight loss sticks.

The best tip I can give is to always track. Writing it down really helps. And record every BLT, bite, lick and taste. You'd be amazed at how fast those can accumulate during the day. Staying on plan so long helped me learn how to eat more smartly. I've maintained my weight for 9 months now. I go in once a month to weigh in which keeps me accountable. I pay nothing unless I weigh more than 2 lbs. above my goal weight.

This was my 3rd attempt at WW. The first two times I lost pounds exactly as I was supposed to but I treated it like a diet. I gained my weight back both times for two reasons. First, I quit before I hit lifetime because I felt like I could continue on my own without paying that monthly fee. Second, I went back to eating the way I did before I started. The third time on WW was the charm. I had a different attitude and actually listened to the plan. I'll admit maintaining seems more difficult than losing though. Knowing I only have to weigh in once means I slide a little. Weighing in every week kept me on plan easily. Now I have too much time on my hands. But I am doing it because I know I never want to go back to that weight. I like the way I look and feel much healthier for it.

That sounds OK to me, but again, each person is different. I have talked to many people who every time they use their Flex points, they gain. In my limited time on WW (4weeks) I have definitely found that to be the case.

Come join us in the Social Group "Well Trained Weight Watchers"; we are small and just getting started, but I wanted to start a support group for those following WW. You don't *have* t be on WW to join, but that is mostly what we talk about!
